From 12 to 13 January 2000, there was a workshop in the Middle East Technical University on "American Experience in Water Based Development" This workshop was participated by the Arizona State University, TVA, Kent State University, Portland State University, Oklahoma State University, and US Bureau of Reclamation and Army Corps of Engineers as two organizations active in water resources development These participants also visited the GAP region to observe project activities
