If that's the sound of the name of the village, it's unlikely to be Kucukyuregil It sounds like "Kusyurdu" (kus=bird, yurd=land) "Kurusyurdu" (kurus=an Ottoman cent) or something along those lines I found a list of villages in Sivas here: wwwsivastrnet - Bilgi Bankası There are a few candidates in that list, but it's hard to tell


As for the name; you're right, it is rather confusing Musa ("Moses") is a regular name; it was probably his first name "Mustafa Olu" is probably "Mustafaoglu" (means son of Mustafa), and would be a sort of surname I'm not sure which name "Issebe" might correspond to (Isseba sounds like a Maltese name to me), and it doesn't sound familiar Sultan is a common women's name, but I have never heard it for a man If you have more detail/information, I might be able to help further
