Robert Pattinson, bunun öncesinde, Barnes Tiyatro Grubu'nun bir üyesiydi ve Thornton Wilder'ın yönettiği Our Town'da George Gibbs karakteriyle başrol oynamıştı. Twilight isimli kitabın filminde Edward Cullen'ı canlandırıyor. 2009 senesi içerisinde gösterime girmesi beklenen Salvador Dali ve Federico Garcia Lorca arasında varolduğu düşünülen aşkı anlatan Little Ashes filminde Dali'yi canlandırıyor.Twilght filmi ile büyük çıkış yapan oyuncunun 2009-2010 yılları için Remember Me,Unbound Captives ve Twilight Serisinin 2.filmi olan New Moon ile 3 film projesi vardır |
