* 23.1 EU ADJUSTMENT PROCESS AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATIONS, TRAINING - I (22 - 24 June, 2004), Siirt, Şırnak, Batman
Objective : To inform local administrations about pre-accession financial co-operation and related funds and enhance their technical level and capacity.
Content : To inform the administrators and technical staff of 9 provinces and their counties about the EU and the policies of the European Commission.
It has been conducted with the participation of GAP Administration, Ministry of Interior, Union of Turkish Local Administrations, Local Governors and administrators of Siirt, Şırnak, and Batman.
180 persons from 36 local administration participated to the training.
