Carrot Balls

Ingedients:
500 g. carrot
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tea spoon cumin
salt & pepper
To fry:
1 glass of vegetable oil
1 coffee cup flour
Sauce on top:
1 glass of yoghurt
2 cloves garlic
Preparation :
1 ?" After washing carrots boil them in a pot. When softened peel off the skin and mash them with the help of a strainer.
2 ?" In a small saucepan melt the margarine and add the flour. Stir in low heat without getting the margarine burned. Take it away from stove and cool it down. Mix mashed carrot, parsley, dill, cumin, salt and egg making a dough out of them.
3 ?" Divide the dough in small balls. Flatten them in long or circle shape.. Deep fry them.
