* Jewellery - SILVER KEYCHAINS
These keychains are made from sterling silver at the Mardin - Evren Multi-Purpose Community Center. The technique used in making the keychains is called "telkari". "Telkari" is the traditional silver jewellery arts practiced mainly by the Assyrians in the region. It involves curving thin strings of silver into small figures that are then connected to form the main figure.
