Use a flatbed screw driver to push the plastic retention bolt.

Squeeze it with a plier and then push it through the backplate.


STEP 3
STEP 4
Replaced with Thermalright metal backplate.

Turn the motherboard and start to install K8 RM came with XP-120/XP-90.


STEP 5
STEP 6
Now that Thermalright K8 RM is in place, we are ready to install XP-120/XP-90 heatsink.
